Miglena Radeva

Miglena Radeva is Head of Finance and Accounting at Ivanov & Partners. She works in close cooperation with the firm’s lawyers as part of the tax law, accounting, and finance department. Miglena provides assistance to local and international businesses and individuals from various industries in relation to accounting, tax planning, tax preparation, payroll, auditing, financial planning, business valuations, and business entity formation services. 

Miglena oversees the day-to-day financial aspects of company finances, as well as long-term financial planning and risk management. She monitors financial data, including sales revenues and liabilities and assists clients in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income and loss statements, cash flow statements, and tax returns, ensuring accounts meet regulatory requirements and are kept in line with Bulgarian legislation. 

Prior to joining Ivanov & Partners, Miglena entered into a traineeship at an accounting firm while completing her degree at Varna University of Economics. Upon her graduation as a CPA, she became an accountant in the business. 

Miglena specialises in financial risk assessment and ensures all accounting activities comply with local and international regulations.
